Firm History

Gosselin & Dubord, P.A. was founded in 1987 by attorneys Paul R. Gosselin, Paul R. Dionne and Norman R. Croteau. At that time, the firm purchased the building in which it remains located at 86 Lisbon Street in Lewiston for use as its offices. David Dubord, then an experienced sole practitioner, joined the firm in 1992 and expanded the firm’s practice areas to include collection work, creditors’ rights and creditor bankruptcy.

The firm soon outgrew its original quarters and, in 1997, underwent an extensive renovation of its building to add more office space and conference rooms. The firm’s renovation and its commitment to the revitalization of the downtown area earned it the Economic Development Achievers Award from the City of Lewiston in 1998.

Daniel J. Eichorn, an experienced solo practitioner, joined the firm in 2011 as an associate attorney, working in the areas of collection work, creditors’ rights, elder law, wills and probate. Attorneys Gosselin and Dubord are natives of Lewiston/Auburn and have been active in community affairs through their professional careers. The attorneys are proud of their local roots and are dedicated to the continued growth of the Lewiston/Auburn area.

Gosselin & Dubord, P.A. is a member of the Androscoggin Chamber of Commerce and the firms attorneys are all members of the Maine Bar Association and the Androscoggin County Bar Association. They are also all admitted to practice in Maine’s state and federal courts.
