A native Mainer, Mr. Eichorn concentrates his practice in bankruptcy, corporate law, creditors’ rights, foreclosure, general civil litigation, landlord/tenant, statutory and regulatory compliance, wills and probate. Mr. Eichorn has experience litigating in both Maine state and federal courts.
Mr. Eichorn earned his A.B. in English from Vassar College in 1991. After several years working in the printing industry, he earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Maine School of Law in 1998. Mr. Eichorn started his career as an associate with Kline Law Offices. He also worked as an associate for David Q. Whittier, P.A., and later became a partner in Whitter Glynn Martin & Eichorn, P.A. Mr. Eichorn then started his own general practice law firm. After five years as a solo practitioner, Mr. Eichorn joined Gosselin & Dubord in 2011.
Mr. Eichorn is very active in the Town of Hebron, and has been a Selectman for over 10 years. He previously served on the town’s Planning Board, as well as a board member and treasurer for Oxford County Regional Recycling Corporation.
Mr. Eichorn resides in Hebron with his wife Mary Beth and their two daughters.
