Dubord recently spoke at a seminar attended by attorneys, paralegals, lenders and other credit grantors entitled “The Nuts and Bolts of Collection Law.” Attorney Dubord spoke on the topic of collecting a judgment, addressing issues relating to post-judgment disclosure proceedings, sheriff’s sales, bank account levies, and other judgment collection techniques. The seminar, sponsored by the National Business Institute, was held in South Portland. Attorney Dubord has been practicing law in Lewiston for over thirty years.
